1) No street parking. If there is not enough room in the driveway for your vehicles, then you have too many vehicles. The county does not like on street parking at all.
2) No parties. If you need to accommodate for more guests then the listing allows, contact us and we will try to see what we can do for you.
3) No illegal drugs of any kind.
4) No smoking. Smoke leaves a smell in the rooms and outdoor smoking is a fire hazard to the wooded area.
5) In the case of damaged property, we are more than understanding that accidents happen. If something is damaged by the guests, we ask that the guests pay for the damaged items.
